Service scope
Nuvexa Backup provides digital setup materials, guidance, and the support listed with your selected one-time plan. It does not itself host your backup files or replace your chosen storage provider.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the devices, accounts, permissions, and third-party storage you use.
One-time purchase
Each plan is a one-time purchase for the listed scope. A purchase does not include unlimited support, recurring storage charges, or services not expressly listed.
No guaranteed outcome
Backup and restore results depend on device condition, internet access, storage availability, account access, and correct configuration. Keep original files until you have independently verified a usable backup.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Material term changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
