Agreement and operator
These terms form an agreement between you and CozyLoop Designs LLC, which operates Nuvexa Backup at nuvexabackup.com. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies presented at checkout.
Service scope
Nuvexa Backup provides digital setup materials, guidance, and the support listed with your selected one-time plan. It does not itself host your backup files or replace your chosen storage provider.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the devices, accounts, permissions, and third-party storage you use.
Plan limits
Your plan applies only to the listed number of devices and included support. Device replacements, operating-system changes, third-party storage subscriptions, internet service, hardware, data recovery, and work outside the plan description are not included unless we expressly agree otherwise.
One-time purchase
Each plan is a one-time purchase for the listed scope. A purchase does not include unlimited support, recurring storage charges, or services not expressly listed.
Customer responsibilities
You must maintain lawful access to your devices and accounts, follow setup steps carefully, keep sufficient third-party storage available, protect credentials, and test that important files can be restored. You remain responsible for decisions to move, change, or delete files.
Third-party services
Cloud-storage, device, internet, operating-system, and payment services are provided under separate third-party terms. Their fees, limits, availability, security, and policy changes are outside our control.
No guaranteed outcome
Backup and restore results depend on device condition, internet access, storage availability, account access, and correct configuration. Keep original files until you have independently verified a usable backup.
Acceptable use and suspension
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, misuse, or material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Intellectual property
Nuvexa Backup materials, branding, checklists, and original content remain owned by CozyLoop Designs LLC or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, limited right to use the delivered materials for the covered devices; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale or public redistribution.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Material term changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Ending use and surviving terms
You may stop using the service at any time. Account closure does not automatically create a refund right. Terms concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and records continue where their nature requires.
