Guidance, not data custody
Nuvexa Backup provides practical setup guidance and support. We do not take custody of your files and cannot guarantee third-party services, networks, devices, or account availability.
No data-recovery service
The plans do not include forensic recovery of deleted, damaged, encrypted, inaccessible, or overwritten data. Restore guidance can help use an available backup, but it cannot recreate files that were never successfully backed up.
Verify your backups
You are responsible for confirming that selected files are included, backup jobs complete, storage remains available, and test restores work before deleting originals.
Device and account risks
Results may be affected by device failure, malware, unsupported software, insufficient storage, weak internet access, expired subscriptions, locked accounts, provider outages, or configuration changes. Maintain more than one verified copy of irreplaceable files where practical.
