Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful backup setup and support involving devices, accounts, and files you own or are authorized to manage.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service to access another person’s data, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property rights, harass others, evade security controls, or interfere with service operation.
Unauthorized access
Do not request help bypassing passwords, account recovery safeguards, access controls, license restrictions, or device ownership checks. We may require reasonable confirmation that you are authorized to manage a device or account.
Harmful or illegal content
Do not use the service to store, transmit, conceal, or facilitate content or conduct that is unlawful, exploitative, fraudulent, threatening, or designed to compromise systems or people.
Service integrity
Do not probe, scan, overload, scrape, automate against, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or account systems except where such restriction is prohibited by law. Do not impersonate others or submit false transaction or support information.
Support conduct
Communicate respectfully and provide truthful information. Threats, harassment, repeated abusive contact, or attempts to obtain another person’s private information may result in support restrictions.
Enforcement
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or prevent harm.
Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse to contact@nuvexabackup.com with relevant dates and a description. Do not send malicious files, passwords, recovery codes, or unnecessary personal information.
Appeals and legal rights
If you believe access was restricted in error, use the Contact & Complaints page and explain why. Enforcement under this policy does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
