Information we collect
We may collect account details, contact messages, purchase records, device labels you choose to add, setup progress, and support communications. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Nuvexa Backup.
Information you choose to provide
Information submitted through registration, checkout, support, restore requests, complaints, or account settings may include your name, email address, plan selection, order reference, general device information, and the details needed to answer your request. Please provide only information relevant to the service you need.
Information collected automatically
Our systems and essential service providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, sign-in events, security logs, and pages used. This information supports account access, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
How information is used
We use information to provide guided setup access, maintain your account, answer support requests, prevent misuse, keep transaction records, and meet legal obligations.

Nuvexa Backup provides setup guidance. Your backup files remain with the cloud-storage provider you select. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or private file contents through support forms.

We use necessary providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, security, and support. We limit sharing to what is needed to operate the service or comply with law.
International processing
