Digital setup access is delivered instantly after successful payment by activating the purchased materials and support pathway in your customer dashboard.
Customer requirements
You need a working account, compatible browser, internet access, and access to the devices and third-party storage accounts you want to configure.
Delivery problems
If payment succeeded but access is not visible, sign out and back in, check the Orders page, then submit a support request or email contact@nuvexabackup.com. We will investigate verified failed delivery.
