How one-time charges, confirmations, and billing issues are handled.

Prices and currency
Published plan prices are one-time charges in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout.
No recurring Nuvexa plan fee
The four published Nuvexa Backup plans are one-time guided-setup purchases, not recurring Nuvexa subscriptions. Any separate cloud-storage, internet, software, or device charges from third parties are your responsibility.
Checkout authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize the payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout. Review the selected plan, price, email address, and policy acceptances before confirming.
Payment confirmation
A plan is activated only after the payment provider confirms successful payment. A pending, canceled, or failed payment does not create access.
Failed or pending payments
A bank or payment provider may decline or delay a transaction. We do not control approval decisions or holds. If a payment remains pending, do not repeatedly submit it without first checking for an order confirmation.
Receipts and errors
Receipts and available billing records appear in your dashboard. Report duplicate charges or suspected billing errors through Support or contact@nuvexabackup.com promptly.
Taxes and customer information
Taxes may be calculated from checkout information and applicable rules. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and for any tax obligations not collected at checkout.
Refund relationship
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law. A support or billing inquiry does not itself cancel, reverse, or refund a confirmed purchase.
Billing review
For a review, provide your account email, order reference, purchase date, charged amount, and a description of the issue. Never send a full card number, card security code, password, or recovery code.
