Account records
Account and service records are kept while needed to provide access, resolve support issues, maintain security, and satisfy accounting or legal duties. Retention varies by record type and applicable law.
Customer backup files
Nuvexa Backup does not host customer backup files as part of these plans. Retention of those files is governed by the third-party storage provider selected by the customer.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of eligible account information through Contact & Complaints or contact@nuvexabackup.com. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained.
